In the morning we will be exploring what Playwork Partnerships have learned through a 2 year EU funded project that reached out to Europe to demonstrate the UK playwork approach to understanding and supporting children and young people's play.

This session will present the resources that will be available to the UK beyond the project including learner/ trainer resources and online web materials. We will hear from deliverers of the course and about learners experiences, plus the pilot course feedback and the future for our European colleagues will also be available.

The session will also look ahead and cover opportunities for future EU funds, with information from the University's Funding Office as well as considering the pit falls and benefits of European work that may inform future projects. The morning will conclude with a question and answer session.

The afternoon session will be an exploration and information session around current developments in the UK playwork sector including the new Body for Playwork, as well as other existing international playwork developments and new opportunities that are emerging.

The session will provide an opportunity for networking and will have the purpose of conversing ideas and interest in a 2016 Conference proposal that explores and promotes the spread of the UKs play and playwork expertise internationally; looking closer to home at UK developments and celebrating play and playwork.
